Digital Products Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the agreement between Mind Growth Psychology (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“the customer”, “you”, “your”) when purchasing or downloading any digital product from us.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By completing your order, you agree to and are bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Nature of Digital Products
Our products are digital downloads provided via instant access or email link. No physical products will be shipped. You will have lifetime access to the course for as long as the product is hosted and supported by Mind Growth Psychology.
3. Licence and use
When you purchase a digital product from us, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share or resell or publicly display any part of the content without written permission from Mind Growth Psychology.
All content, materials and branding remain the intellectual property of Mind Growth Psychology and Dr Sarah Straughan.
4. Refund Policy & Right to Cancel
Under UK law, digital content is not eligible for the standard 14 day cooling off period once downloading or streaming begins. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once access is provided, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
5. Delivering of Digital Products
You will receive instant access to your digital product via download link or email (please check your junk or spam folder of it does not appear). If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us as at [email protected]
6. Disclaimer
All digital products are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not personalised, not a substitute for therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, risk or crisis support. Purchasing or accessing a product does not create a therapist-client relationship with Dr Sarah Straughan or Mind Growth Psychology.
If you are currently experiencing distress or mental health difficulties, please contact your GP or appropriate support services to seek an individual assessment and relevant treatment.
These products are not intended for use in situations of acute distress or crisis.
7. Suitability
Our digital products may not be suitable for everyone. You are responsible for determining whether the content is appropriate for your personal circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Growth Psychology and Dr Sarah Straughan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any digital product.
You accept full responsibility for your own mental health and wellbeing and actions after engaging with our materials.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials within digital products are protected by copyright and remain the property of Mind Growth Psychology. Unauthorised sharing or reproduction may result in legal action.
10. Updates & Changes
We reserve the right to update or amend digital content at any time without obligation to provide updates retrospectively.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal information (name, email and payment details) is collected only for the purposes of fulfilling your order. We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
